This month has been a super dope month for the Midwest and Detroit’s own. This week we will look at the soulful yet legendary group Slum Village. With the loss of the great producer J-Dilla, the group has had moments of separation where several solo projects erupted and some splintering occurred. Needless to say, the group has has some timeless classics.
